We manage every project's design, contract, and construction under one roof, led by a single project manager who remains on-site and accessible for the duration of the work.

Sohrab Alinejad, Director
Simpli Space is led by Sohrab Alinejad, a qualified architect and building surveyor with years of experience across both disciplines. This combination allows him to design with a full understanding of a building's structural realities, from how it performs over time to where moisture and material issues are most likely to occur.
He leads a multidisciplinary team of structural engineers, damp and timber surveyors, and experienced contractors and tradespeople, each qualified within their field, delivering residential, commercial, and renovation projects with technical rigor at every stage. It is the foundation of our fixed-scope commitment, and why we stand behind the work we deliver.
