Flooring Installation

A floor is only as good as the surface it sits on, so every flooring project starts with an assessment of the subfloor, whether that means levelling compound, damp-proof membranes, or repairs to an uneven base, before any material goes down. Skipping this stage is the most common reason flooring fails early, and it is not something we shortcut.

We install engineered and solid wood, laminate, LVT, and tiled flooring, with close attention to wall junctions, thresholds between rooms, and transitions to existing floor coverings. Work is scheduled to fit around the wider renovation programme where relevant, so flooring goes in at the right point in the build rather than being rushed to meet a deadline.
