Full-Home Design & Remodel

This is the service most clients come to us for: a full transformation of the home, planned and delivered end to end by a single team. We begin with a detailed survey and consultation to understand how the property is currently laid out and where it falls short, then translate that into a design and drawing set covering layout, structural changes, services, and finishes before any work begins on site.

From there, we manage the entire build: structural alterations, first-fix plumbing and electrics, plastering, flooring, kitchen and bathroom installation, carpentry, and final decoration, coordinated by one project lead who remains on-site throughout. Because scope and pricing are agreed upfront against a fixed drawing set, you always know what the project includes and what it will cost, with no gaps between trades and no surprises partway through.
